A SQL Backed Indexer For Lucene

The SqlDirectory class is supposed to provide a database backed indexer for lucene, a necessity for clustered web applications. I haven’t tested this out, but seems reasonable enough. It appears to work by pretending to be a file system, where each virtual file is stored in a table.
